|Do you sometimes wake up really hungry?
I have been making a very conscientious effort to change my lifestyle... eat right, weigh less, feel better about how I look.
One of the tests of eating right is to wake up to a voracious appetite. It means your metabolism is on high...you haven't stuffed yourself the day before.
It seems to me that there is a definite parallel to facing the new work day or work week.
If I have been stuffing myself with work all weekend it's tough to have a burning desire to start the new week.
If I have been overworking for the past however long or have lost my balanced work - play life I can also lose my work desire.
I've gotten a hold of my physical appetite. ... for now. But not my work appetite
It's been quite a while since I woke up really hungry to get to work. I think I know what to do.
How about you? Do you wake up really hungry to start your work day/week?
