In a previous thread I mentioned the LGBT consumer and things to consider when targeting them.

The Hispanic market is peculiar as well.

Hispanics on mobile are:

1. more inclined to subscribe to video-sharing apps
2. pay for mobile subscriptions - TV, etc.
3. purchase unlimited data and international calling plans

2 questions:

1. Have you even considered segmenting your target consumer by ethnicity, for example, the Hispanic?
2. Do you know how to change up your content to appeal to one culture over another?
