I am doing a coaching call in about 2 hours for our new Very Influential Person 2015 class.

I always try to do too much in too little time. In the interest of giving attendees more than they paid for, I often venture into doing too much.

What's your best advice for a coaching call?

How do you determine if too much is too much ... or not enough information for a coaching call?

I have an agenda ready. The coaching call will be recorded for review.

What else should I be doing to prepare well?

Technically speaking, you're talking about consulting, not coaching.

Consulting --> you tell the client what you recommend.
Coaching --> The client arrives at their own decision and you facilitate them discovering their own best answer.
