|It's that time of the year.
We start reflecting on the past year and looking forward to the coming year.
Or do you?
How do you set goals?
Do you set milestones you know you can accomplish but you don't know what outcomes they will produce?
Or do you aim for outcomes?

|Why set goals in January or wrap up a "year's worth" of life in December? In fact, why measure life one year at a time, especially January through December, at all? And what does an anniversary (of any type) have to do with anything whatsoever?
Why do we start the new year on January 1 anyway?
I measure my life in, well, lifetimes! I get much more done that way. And when my life is done I will finally be ONE.
