#mylife

We love our work because we are not all work.

We take time to play, too.

How do you spend your Saturdays?

I am headed put the door to attend a picnic with my wife, daughter and her best friend, in-laws and a whole bunch of Chinese ppl.

Chinese do not picnic the way westerners do. 8-)

Tonight is movie night with the family.

How are you spending this Saturday?

This Saturday I am making sample art projects to use when i am teaching art to at risk children this coming week.

I might tweet something, or make a Facebook post.

This evening is dinner out with my wife and friends.

Next Saturday ... ???

I took my daughter to breakfast and a play date so my husband could make sure the live stream webcast went smoothly this AM. Now we are getting ready for family dinner and movie night! It takes a village

I don't do calendars -- or clocks if I can help it. I take time off when there is something to take time off for. Why should picnics be when the park is crowded or night out be limited to a Saturday. There is great stuff happening on other days of the week and mid week finds the parks much less crowded. Enjoy!

@Rev

It'd be mighty lonely if all the folks from church were there today and I showed up on Tue and nobody else was around.

It's summer...my daughter is out of school. We take impulsive trips to the beach, to see a movie, to the pool, library or book store.

Yea, my work let's me do that. BuT sometimes I need to meet ppl according to their calendar.

Had breakfast with a friend.
Edited some 2A videos and posting to YouTube.
Wrote a 2-page flyer for voting.
Went for a 1-mile walk and another 1 mile inside Costco before heading home.
Next Saturday dog-sitting and the following Saturday shooting.

I am with you Steve. I spend my Saturday often catching up with reading and writing I could not get to during the week.

Though, this Saturday, we did enjoy dinner out with a friend. We enjoyed stimulating conversation and shared stories from the past.

I add some relaxation with a movie and chocolate! Have to have a little chocolate to cap off the day!

Grand Children are on my calendar today, taking them to some fun stuff or just hanging around - my ideal day!
