Why Do Large Groups Make Decisions Slowly?2759

The bigger the project the harder it is to land.

I have several groups, 500 people here, 250 there, 900 over there, 1500 up there ... all wanting or thinking they want me to step in and help out.

The decision processes are very slow for these groups.

Why is that?

I think it has a lot to do with ego and hidden agendas personally.

Unless everyone has the same values, visions and missions.
Due to differences in personalities and perspectives, there are bound to disagreements.
