This is my post because someone ever asked me "Do you ever sleep?" This leads me to do a lot of self reflection and shockingly a sister in Christ tells me the importance of sleep.

you will find the older you get the more you will NEED to sleep.

Maybe not longer... but definitely more necessary.

@belew Yes. Sleep is important. It reach to the point I often had memory loss and short attention span. It is such an awful experiences especially meeting with my friend. I forgot something that just occur two to three hours ago.

Thank God and thanks for my that friend who emphasizes the importance of health. Then my sleeping time increases and my migraine relapse reduce.

Lack of sleep leads to lost concentration which leads to ... um, er, uh ... somewhere but I am not quite sure.

I read an article that suggested that if you took 15 minute power naps every four hours, you could be awake around the clock. Is that what you're doing @Steve?

Memory loss is the second thing that goes. I don't remember the first.

Lack of sleep and memory . . . probably motor memory as well. The more tired I am, the more typos there are.
